The formulation is rather harsh... But we should as a Forum definitely contribute and be vigilant about the ethical application of the Convention
En aquest sentit hauria de fomentar el coneixement de la Convenció en l'entorn juvenil, rejovenir el PCI, sobre tot en comunitats arrelades a les ciutats i entorns amb forta preencia migratòria. Per una aplicació ètica de la Convenció, és important tenir en compte les noves generacions. Involucrar institucions educacionals de nivell superior en una integració del PCI en la pedagogia i la iniciativa acadèmica es fa molt important.2. The ICH-NGO Forum should adopt an ethic code for those NGOs involved.
A code of ethics would be effective only if it includes punishments for unfulfilments.3.The NGO Forum should encourage candidates to the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding and the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage to promote gender equality.4. La pobresa és una tanca per l'accés al PCI i la pèrdua de tradicions. El Fòrum d'ONG hauria de treballar aquest tema.

El Fòrum d'ONG hauria de promoure entre els Estats Part una normativa per regular l'ús d'imatges del PCI representatiu per a fins comercials sense la intervenció de llurs comunitats?
