Internal organization of the NGO-ICH Forum. How we should organize ourselves in order to be more efficient in the development of our work within the Convention?

1. The Forum should be clearly structured and thus have a list of members and elected coordinators.

2. The current structure of the Forum is efficient. Therefore, a greater organization is not needed.

5. In order to represent the Forum before other institutions, a president or coordinator must be elected.

7. As we are an elevated number of NGOs, the Forum should work and make decisions via Internet, due to the difficulties to hold in-person meetings.

General comments

La xarxa és fonamental per treballar pels objectius del Fòrum, ja que pot facilitar l'accés a recursos, experències, intercanvi de plantejaments i suggeriments i, per decomptat de bones pràciques. Cal generar un estadi participatiu de les ONG a la xarxa i enriquir el web del Fòrum amb aportacions que siguin enriquidores per a tothom. Caldria una base de dades de les ONG i possiblement de recursos sobre les sedes millors pràctiques i metodologies de treball.
